Cuvée Romane 2014 Rosé – French Magnum
Located in one of France’s oldest wine producing regions (Provence, France), Château Les Mesclances is a winery with deep family history dating back to the roman times. With the knowledge acquired through generations of wine making and the perfect climate offered by the Provence region, the producers use direct pressing through a mechanical membrane wine press and a careful clarification. The producers macerate the grapes at 8°C for 3 days and strictly control the fermentation temperature. After racking, the grapes are blended and then aged for one year in stainless steel vessels in the castle’s cellars.
